Admission Procedure

ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION:-

 Children shall be eligible for admission only after qualifying the test for the class applied for. As on the 1 st April of the academic session, minimum age for admission in nursery should be 3 years. For class first minimum age limit is 5 years which shall be the baseline for each subsequent class. 

REGISTRATION 

A duly filled form is required to be submitted with non-refundable, nontransferable fee within 7 days from the date of issue of the form, along with the following documents. 

(1) Three passport-size recent colored photographs of child and one photograph of parents. 

(2) A photocopy of the child’s birth-certificate issued by an appropriate authorities or a date of birth proof from the previous school.

 (3) Photocopy of the latest progress report card, TC & a good conduct certificate from the last school attended. 

ADMISSION TEST 

Children seeking registration shall have to appear for an admission test (for KG onward), which may either be in written or oral form as laid down by the school, for different levels. 

(a) Selection of the candidates will depend upon the child’s performance in the test/interview and availability of seats in the concerned class. 

(b) The date of the result of the interview and the last date for submission of fee will be specified at the time of the test/interview. 

(c) Based on the admission test and other criteria, the school reserves the right to admit any student who it deems fit or refuse admission without assigning any reason. For all matters related to admission, the decision of the principal will final.
